Turning Torso is the tallest skyscraper in Sweden and the Nordic countries, situated in Malmö, Sweden, located on the Swedish side of the Öresund strait. Upon completion, it was the tallest building in Scandinavia, the tallest residential building in the EU and the second tallest residential building in Europe. It was designed by the Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava and officially opened on 27 August 2005. The sculpture is a white marble piece based on the form of a twisting human being. The tower reaches a height of 190 metres (623 feet) with 54 stories. Each floor has a square section nearest the centre, as well as a triangular section that is partially supported by an external steel frame. The entire construction turns through 90 degrees from the bottom to the top cube.

The views over Öresund and Malmö are impressive right from the first floor, and the higher up, the more enchanting they become. Turning Torso is a very special building on the inside too: the walls lean, the windows are generous and the layout is like no other. The standard of the materials is unusually high.

Tapestry Building is situated in the heart of the City of London, only minutes away from the City's historical and financial institutions. It was built in 1771 by the East India Company. The property was the first of the Cutler Street warehouses to be constructed. Known in those days as the Old Bengal Warehouse, it was first used to store exotic imports from India and the Orient.

Tapestry Building was originally constructed for functionality, practicality and longevity. It's neither lavish nor ornate, yet it possesses true character and majesty - a result of both its scale and symmetry. With its high walls of Georgian brickwork regularly punctuated by a multitude of stark paned windows and industrial period features, Tapestry Building retains its original sense of purpose as a working structure. Striking and monumental, it remains as impressive today as it was over 200 years ago.

Tapestry Building today epithomizes luxurious modern living through high spec finishes and installations. Yet, despite extensive restorations Tapestry Building has retained the integrity of the warehouse's industrial past. Wooden ceiling beams and cast iron columns bring character and heritage for an authentic interior style that's impossible to equal with contemporary builds.

Mumford's Flour Mill is a fomer Victorian flour mill in Greenwich, London which has been carefully and thoughtfully converted into luxury residential accomdation. High up on the brick facade of the old mill at Mumford's Flour Mills is a beautiful inscription that indicates that the mill was erected between 1790 and 1897. The building is a grade II listed building, which means that the facade must be preserved in its original condition. The inside may be changed, however, and the entire interior has been completely rebuilt and comprises 49 modern, high-spec apartments - all with kitchen, bathrooms and wardrobes supplied by Kvänum.

Albert Court, an iconic Victorian mansion block opposite Hyde Park, was built in 1894 to the designs of RJ Worley.

Villa Näckros är varken husbåt eller hus och skiljer sig från det mesta som brukar klassas som bostad. Men en bostad är det, den första i sitt slag. Ägaren har haft en nära relation med havet i hela sitt liv och kan inte tänka sig att bo någon annanstans än vid vattnet. Sjövillans tomt  består av ett 130 ton tungt betongskrov och på det står huset som har en boyta på 177 m2. En altan på 30 m2 strax över vattenytan fungerar både som förtöjningsplats för besökande båtar och som badbrygga. Längst upp finns en takterrass på 100 m2 med vidsträckt utsikt över hamnen, Ölandsbron och Kalmar sund. Närheten till vatten känns även inomhus. Den centrala delen av huset är trapphuset som sammanlänkar de tre halvplanen med varandra. Vilken del man än befinner sig i så har man kontakt med angränsande rum och, tack vare de stora glasytorna, även med havet utanför. Sovrummet ligger i bottenvåningen, delvis under vattenytan. En halv trappa upp finns vardagsrummet och ovanför det, köket med matplats.
